How To Fix "Internal Application Errors"

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Posted by: Conorooney

After trying all the steps in these posts this did it in seconds!

If all fail this is the only one that will work. Sometimes reregistering the jscript file works, sometimes editing the registry works but this will ALWAYS work!

I inserted the Windowns XP cd then went to Start>Run>cmd and hit enter
typed:

expand d:\i386\JSCRIPT.DL_ C:\Windows\system32\jscript.dll

(d:\ is to suit my cd-rom drive, use whatever you need to suit e.g. g:\)

It copies the jscript.dll file to the original location and voila!!

Just re-register the file and everything will work grand! I cudn't run virus scans, windows update, system restore....nothing! Now I can thank God!

I cudn't find the full solution to it if everything failed but this did it!
