Reverse Lookup

Can anyone suggest a good site/tool to try and find websites being hosted from the ip address? I have the ip address and just trying to see what sites are behing hosted by the ip. I think someone is trying to run a phishing site and all I have is the ip.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

So did either of you actually read what the poster is asking for? Those are great for doing a reverse lookup of an IP to resolve a hostname, but many places that host websites host mutliple sites on a single IP and the information those sites return will only be the registered reverse DNS name of whatever the IP is and not a listing of the sites that resolve to that IP address.

I don't know if such a tool exists because if would have to index all domain names in existence and then resolve all of them to the IP that hosts them. Also, the problem you run into is subdomains can be hosted on different IP's and so can MX records. To find the info you really need a domain name to work with.

Either of those sites provide tools that will aid in narrowing down the search, if not pinpointing it exactly.

Logical_1 had it right. The ip brings up a default Apache webserver, but I was trying to find out if any sites were currently being hosted off of that ip. After posting, I found a tool at http://www.webhosting.info where I could input the ip and show a list of known hosted sites. The results came up with no sites hosted (I know the tool works cause I use Apache and it worked for my ip).
