I need help I'm working on Oracle in my personal computer but I need to install a program see attach. Windows don't let me do it. I dissable McAffee and Windows firewall, what else can I do to install, without this Oracle can't run correctly

Check your security settings in Internet options. If they are set too high it will prevent you installing some very useful software. It looks like you have something set for exclusivity to publishers that Windows can identify. I have many programs myself that Windows can't identify the publisher for (including some where Microsoft itself IS the publisher believe it or not) and if you have McAfee then having security set high too is somewhat overkill.

I install the program reducing the security setting but when try to access can't let me in, it show pop-up not allowed but this site is in the list of pop-up allowe.

Where's Goranpaa when we need him? I suggest sending a private message to Goranpaa. He's very knowledgable and since I'm not all that fimiliar with Oracle he might be able to help. I happen to be better at hardware than I am at software.

Are pop-ups allowed by both the Google toolbar and Windows XP? You may have them set to allow by one but not the other (happened to me several times).
