Ok my problem is when I boot up windows looks like its going to start then I get a flash of blue screen and it restarts. I have xp pro on it . What I would like is how do I get it to stop restarting so I can see what the blue screen error message is?

Goto safe mode, by tapping F8 right before the windows logo comes up. If it allows you to login to safe mode, then goto My Computer -> Properties -> Advanced -> Startup and Recover -> Settings -> Uncheck -> Uncheck Automatically Restart.

Restart. And see if that helps.

Optionally while you in save mode check the event log viewer under Control Panel -> Administrative Tools and see if their is any referance to the BSOD in the system and application logs.
