Losing Internet Connection

New problem for the day...
We have a Windows 2000 Server with approx. 15 users. Lately we have been having a problem losing our internet connection. We use cable to connect. Yesterday, everything was working fine in the morning, but by the afternoon, about half of the users lost their internet connection. This seems to be happening about 1-2 every couple of weeks. The only fix so far has been to restart the server. Once it comes back up, everyone has connection again. Any ideas?

aside from the obvious things like checking seatings, a format or new server would be about it. random glitches are fun, arent they?

So its just selected users loosing connection or they all do?
Also, what services is your server providing? DHCP?
I'd try to check the event viewer whenever your users are reporting problems to see if there is any significant information.
