Odd Startup Message...

Instead of displaying the Windows loading screen, it says "Press ESC to skip SIWVID" Or something close to that. It just started all of a sudden today. Anyone know what it's talking about? It still loads Windows just fine whether I press escape or not...

Well, the message was because of a program that I had installed, but I uninstalled that, and now the message is gone, but the windows loading animation doesn't appear. Just a black screen, then the login window.

Perhaps the siwvid was the splash screen that appears and before the login screen and it's damaged in some way. While as your computer starts and runs normally otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.
