XP - Add/Remove Programs

On a windows XP laptop the add/remove programs list has a very long blank space in the list. Is there anyway to fix this... remove this blank space from the list?

Not sure what you mean. Could you take a screenshot?

a good place to start would be to use the search feature of this forum and type " large blank space" you should find a thread about this subject at the very top of the results.
