0213 Keyboard lock!

The computer was working fine for atleast 3-4 years since I had it in my possession (bought the board used)
Now since about 2 weeks it gives me an error after Memory Test
0213 KEYBOARD LOCK! - TURN OFF LOCK or something similar
Gives me the choice tu RESUME or ENTER SETUP F1 and F2 respectively, and the keyboard doesnt respond...
Sometimes it gets passed that error no keyboard lock problem, but when I enter the bios the keyboard works for about 2 seconds and then stops working but everything on screen remains normal
I tried P13 and P17 BIOS and had no change:S
I tried resetting the BIOS still have the problem, CMOS too
Now I was able to enter the setup utility by pressing a minimum of keys, but when it reboots it gives me the error anyway :S
The only solution we found was using a uSB keyboard, and only plugging it once in windows
What could be the origin of this weird problem?
I did try other keyboard by the way :P
