ok well me and a co-worker were driving down the highway(diff cars) and this dude kept goofing around with me, speeding past me and getting in front of me then slowing down, or matching the speed of a tractor-trailer going up a hill(like 35mph) in the left lane... anyways we were goofing around(mainly him- he started it and did a lot more) Anyways at one point i pass him and throw a mcdonalds bag out my window at him(it contained the usual- double cheese burger wrapers and napkins and prolly a receipt) anyways i get to work today and this dude says i broke his window... thats impossible it was ****ing paper... anyways he wants me to pay to fix it. im not going to because i didnt break it, hes obviously just trying to get out of buying a new one. anyways what legally can i do and can he do?
also for humor- the ****er cer'-an wrapped my car today
also im pretty damn sure that mcdonalds bag hit the road, i mean i seen it hit the road(but it maybey coulda bounced- but still paper dont break windows)
p.s. it was like 30degrees outside and i had a yellow shirt on

That is uh.....funny as hell. But also could get pretty serious. Depending on how fast you were going....there is a possibility that it broke his Windshield. He could have already had cracks. Is it an older car?
Either way, in court...I dont think this would go far. But I would get a legal opinion first.

I can't read that.

ok try to re don it make your freind go the same speed as you and you go the same speed as him and then make him throw a bag at you and see if it breaks if it doesnt then dont pay anything. Also, in court the maint hings you will get in troubke with is littering and both of you will get in trouble for driveing recolously.

first of all you're both idiots for ****ing around on a highway.
but as per your question, ignore him. denial isn't just a river in egypt, it's your best ****ing friend.
deny, deny, deny. he doesn't have any evidence on you does he? if not, delete your post in case he somehow finds this.

Also, I have some free time so I'm going to translate this post:

Also, in court the main thing you will get in trouble for is possibly a littering violation. If it comes to it, the courts may get you both in trouble for driving recklessly in relation to the pranks while in motion by the drivers.

Well, unless it's full of rocks or something. Speaking of paper bags, any teenagers doing the dress up and go begging ("trick-or-treating") thing tonight? I just read an article about teenagers doing it without even bothering with costumes!
Posted by: AltronHGX
that's always funny to me because anyone who isn't dressed up gets the door slammed right back in their face from me
I trick-or-treated every year until I was 13 and dressed up every time.
if you're too cool to dress up, you're too cool for candy imo
