wrestling is very painfull?

I went to this place yesterday and me and a few freinds were wrestling.Dude it is an intense sport.Like i got 3ed place out of my freinds but it is painfull like i got my leg practicly twisted same with my anckle and bruised my neck and legs and my kneec caps and my traps/shoulders and my side and im sore as hell.but it was still fun.
