what will be a great MB under $200 and must have at least Socket 939, AMD Athlon 64 FX/Athlon 64, NVIDIA nForce4 SLI or just NVIDIA nForce4. Thank you

These for ex. The Epox mobo is the same as I got. Very good! But I'm sure the Abit board is very nice too. Lol! If you buy the Abit mobo, you can have this cpu too for just under 200 bucks.
Man! Have the price dropped on AMD s.939!!!

Yup. My $300 processor is nearly 1/2 that now. AMD has been cutting prices to compete with Intel's Duo Core and other processors. Personally I don't think they had anything to worry about with the gamer market, but it's nice to know for my next build.

Agree. The socket 939 AMD's is still going strong. As the AM2 is't any real improvement over this version. And people already having fast DDR RAM, wont benefit much going AM2. And anyway pretty soon, both AMD and Intel will release their quad core cpu's. The mayor difference will be that Intel choosed to pretty much "bolt" 2 core duo's together, wich will probably result that they are back to square 1 with the heat problems they had with the Prescott.
AMD is said to have a different approach to their quad core cpu. Wich will make it run decently cool (0.13 micron core again?) among other things. So maybe AMD will be back in the "cpu throne" when they have released that one.

wow that AMD is cheap and better then one i have(friend gave me a AMD Athlon 64 3200+).
which MB will be better and easy to use?

I would say the Epox, as I used it for some months now. And it works beautifully. It have got some very nice professional reviews by the way. It's said to be almost as fast, as the very fast DFI Lanparty Expert DR. mobo. But not as tricky to use as the DFI mobos though. And the Bios is very extensive. You have good possibilitys for overclocking and setting RAM timings for ex. + the very nice troubleshooting LED display. That Epox is alone to provide on the mobos.
Epox, makes overall very stable and good mobos. I have 2 different.
I will certainly go Epox again, when it's time for a serious upgrade.
