My Email's not letting me send

The SMTP server returned an error. Account: 'shawmail', Server: 'shawmail', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '5.4.2|Your IP is presently being blocked, Please call your ISP for assistance.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC60

What does that mean. Please done be a dick and go "well duh ur Ips being blocked

We can send emails online Via the ShawWebmail but not from our computer

Sounds like the an irc "k-line" which bans people from a certain IP from logging in because of abuse. Sometimes k-lines can be broad such as *!*@*.yourisp.com. In other words, that mail server has the option to completely deny people from one whole ISP from using its services. Which would explain why only the-webmail works. If there has been no abuse from your particular IP, try calling Shaw and asking them to remove the security restriction.
