Canon Np 7161 photocopier

I have bought canon np 7161 but I faced problem with this machine. When I ordered copy, the machine starts coping but the paper is always jam at the exit that is half part out half part inside.

Could be either a paper problem. Or the paper transportation system in your Canon, not working as it should. Have you tried open it and then run a copy. Just to see how the copier handles the paper? You could try another photo paper brand.
You have removed any transportation protection screws or such, if there is any I guess?
