MCH Exceeded Recommended Temperature

Windows Vista Premium Home
Intel Q6700
2GB Kingston Memory PC5300
Intel DG33TL Deskboard
Antec Nine Hundred case
Stock Heatsink and fan, no over clocking.

This is a computer I built for a friend, and he is getting an error from Vista that the Memory Controller Hub (northbridge), is exceeding the recommended temperature. Both times he has gotten the message was when he came back from the screen saver. I've searched online, but did not come up with any definitive results. I was wondering what anyone here thought. I haven't checked the BIOS or anything yet, but everything is stock and not overclocked or anything, so over-heating really should not be an issue (especially in a Nine Hundred case).

Well, any suggestions would be grand. When I'm at the PC next I'll check some temps and run a stress test.

I hardly belive that it's overheating either.
But if you wanna have a monitor software that also monitor the chipset temp? Try "Nextsensor".

Personally, I think it's one of those strange Vista bugs.
