My dad is running M/E on his computer. I downloaded klite 3.5.7 which they said was for his system. When I tried to install it said version 3.4.5 was needed. Does anybody know where I can find this or do you recommend something else? Thanks for your time.

I don't use the KLite Codec pack... never had much luck with it. I use the Combined Community Codec Package. But the biggest problem will be that your dad is running ME... which is the crappiest OS out there.

If you insist on using windows ME, try downloading a trial version of Power DVD 7 (supports ME)
