Also one know where i can a better mobo that has agp + ddr2 800 + am2.
Should i change the parts for a better mobo?

I think you have done well finding such a mobo. And MSI, is pretty good at making mobo's. So that stuff should be o.k. for that kind of budget.

What do you need an IDE to SATA bridge for, though? That board already has SATA slots. Or do you need more?

I need another ide slot. because it only has one for cd drive. His hdd is a old ide so hes gonna need a converter.

EDIT: do you suggest a better net card?

Hard to tell. I'm no specialist at networking stuff. Have always used the one on the mobo and had no problems with them. Ask POnix or FadedMaster. They know such stuff better than me.
