Defrag Question

Hey guys was wondering if I could get some input as to if windows defrag program will surfice or if there is a more recommended program.

Spinrite is generally regarded as superior I beleive.

I use Diskeeper 9. It works very well and is much faster than the Win XP defrag.
I tried the newer Diskeeper 2008 but I found it to be too complicated and it was always running in the background using too many resources.

I found a very simple one called JKdefrag. You basically just open it (it's a single .exe file) and it defrags all the hard drives it finds automatically AND optimizes them. Only problem is that you don't have much control over it unless you use a command line and read the instructions that come with it or on the site.
