Pogo Chat

When playing Pogo as a registered user and I invite my sister to a Private Chat I always get a message that it's been refused. She has never set that option and I have to notify her that I am in her room and she has to let me in.
I contacted EA and they wanted me to send them a snapshot using Print Screen. To save the screen shot using MSPaint I was asked to click Edit menu and click on Paste, but that options not available in my version of MSPaint.
Does anyone know how to fix Private Chat? This began about one week ago, before that we always entered one anothers room via Private Chat.

If you use alt_printscreen, you can paste into Word. I use that all the time at work. Even into Excel.

All you have to do is when you have the image you want to save is on your Desk top do the following.
1. While holding the Print Screen Button Hit the Ctrl Key Then
While still holding the Print screen Key Hit the Alt Key.
2. Then Open up your MS Paint Program, when it is open Got to the drop down menu click {Edit} Tab then Click there just click Paste.
