USB Genelink File Transfer

Can someone please help me with a problem I'm having with USB file transfer. I'm using Genelink 1.11A and it used to work fine sending files from my desktop top to my laptop.
I'm now trying to send files the same way from one Desktop PC to another and I don't remember how to do it.
I can open Local Desktop files on both computers but I can't bring to Remote Destop side to life on either screen. I can't drag and drop files from one side to the other because the buttons are greyed out.
I'd really appreciate some help with this. Thanks in advance.
