file name Warning - What to do??

Hello!

All of a sudden about 4-5 days ago I began to get the following "File Name Warning" window after the computer booted up. The OS is XP SP2
Quote:

There is a file or folder on your computer called "C:\Program" which could cause coertain applications to not function correctly. Renaming it to "C:\Program1" would solve this problem. Would you like to rename it now?

There are Rename or Ignore buttons at the bottom of the window.

Cannot figure out what is going on. Ran the Anti-Virus program. Caught 2 files considered trogens but this one did not come up. It is not a folder but a file. Afraid to open it up.

Any one have any ideas about this?

Thanks in advance for any and all responses.

JJ
