Registry Entry for All Users

I have a registry key under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. This key causes the user's Internet Favorites to be backed up to a server share. I want to change this and I've created a REG file that, among other things, removes the "FavSync" key (using the '-' switch). The problem is that it is user-specific. If another user logs in the old "FavSync" key is still present and still does it's job. What do I need to do to remove the "FavSync" key so that it gone for any user who logs in? Thanks in advance!
