In the middle of (and probably done with) some serious overclocking...

I already tried OC'ing once before and got decent results, but I've decided to go back and take some more cracks at it to see how far I can get without crossing some thresholds and I think I've done rather well. Here's what I've got right now...
CPU
- 312 (bus) x 9 (multiplier) = ~ 2800 MHz (2.8 GHz) CPU speed
- 1.325 volts (+1.25 above normal)
- Cores max out around 48 C
- CPU package maxes out around 36 C
Bus/HTT
- 312 MHz x 4 (multiplier) = ~ 1250 MHz (1.25 GHz) bus speed
- No added voltage
RAM
- ~2800 MHz (CPU speed) / 7 (divider) = ~400 MHz (800 MHz after dual-channel)
- 4-4-4-12 timings, running at 2T command rate, and other timings were tightened too
- 2.05 volts (+0.25 above normal)
Motherboard
- Maxes out around 55 C
- MCP maxes out around 60 C
All-in-all I'd say I've done pretty good and the Antec case + the Arctic Cooling HSF are doing a pretty nice job of keeping everything cool. Right now the HSF runs around 75% of its maximum RPMs when the CPU is stressed (which equates to around 1500 RPMs) and all the Antec 900's case fans are set to low, except the huge one on top, which is set to medium.
So, basically, I've got a very nice OC on the CPU, tighter timings on the RAM, a decent bus OC, and everything runs at 60C or less, and with minimal noise. Booyah!
Edit: All the temperatures were taken using Speedfan and/or Everest. The CPU stability was tested with Prime95 and the RAM stability with MemTest. I'm actually still in the middle of testing everything for rock solid stability, but so far both my CPU cores are handling Prime95 just fine, and its the test for maximum heat too.

That looks very nice! Why you get a little bit high mobo / MCP temps, is the usual airflow thing with "Tower cpu coolers" like the AC for ex. They does'nt add any extra cooling for the mobo like the "horizontal coolers" does, that have a fan that blows down.
But in general, the tower coolers are more efficient cooling the actual cpu instead.
I think you have done a good oc there.
If you wanna add some cooling for the MCP? Get the Antec Spotcool fan.

If you really want to "Test" the stability of your OC:
1st - Run Prime 95 Small FTT for 3 hrs...if no errors..then
2nd - Run OCCT for 2 hrs...if no errors....then...
3rd - This is the "real" test....run Prime 95 "blended" for at least 18 hrs...!!
In my opinion, if you get through all three of these (particularly the last one)...
Your Systems stable my friend!!
PS You could throw in 3 Cycles of "windowed" Memtest, but if there are any problems with your Memory, the Prime95 "blended" long test will likely hit it!
A lot of folks (including myself) skip that long "blended" Prime 95 Test. I have seen that particular Test "Halt on errors" after as much as 4 hrs running...= "Not stable" !
Have fun!
