Networking Issue? Can't access certain websites.

I've been trying to access dell.com, hp.com and wincustomize.com today along with a few other websites and none seem to be accessible. I don't know what I've done lately to cause this and my AV and spyware scans came out clean.
Safe-mode with networking however, lets me access the sites.

I found the culprit. PeerGuardian2.
Checking out why now...
Ok in case anyone has this problem, PeerGuardian2 was blocking HTTP. Click "Allow HTTP" in the program window.
