New VIA 4in1 Drivers 4.36

VIA has released a new version, 4.36, of their 4in1 drivers.
This includes the new and improved IDE driver version 1.20. It also includes a silent installation of a patch which adjusts a memory setting in BIOS on some VIA Apollo chipsets to ensure stability with the latest video drivers under all Windows Operating Systems.
The 4in1 drivers are the same for all VIA chipsets and all Microsoft operating systems (Win 95, 98, 98SE, 2000, ME & XP)
