Phantasy Star Online PC Demo Released

Sega has posted a demo of their soon to be released Phantasy Star Online. PC users will now get a chance to taste one of the best Dreamcast games that was released, before the console's demise.
Phantasy Star Online lets players gang up to adventure through the sci-fi world of Ragol smacking dragons, powering up floating briefcases, chatting to each other and generally being very cool indeed.

I downloaded it this morning. I just tried again and got the same error. They might be being hit hard for the download. I'll upload it to my webspace and fix the link.

hehe this is funny. after a one hour dl, the damn thing wont run after i installed it. is it just me, or anyone else have the prob?

I installed it, and it worked fine.
Does it even load up or just doesn't do anything when you start it?

i checked the log, its a direct3d failure. well, my new card is going in in 2 weeks, i can wait.

PSO rules. Ive been playing the 2 versions on Dreamcast for over a year now, and they are just awesome. I'm glad PC gamers are getting a chance to play this awesome game.
Anyone know how much it will cost to play the PC version online? PSO version 2 for Dreamcast costs $15 for every 3 months. Just currious if anyone knows what the PC one will cost.

Well im kinda busy with FFX right now anyways, but thanks for the offer. Ill go download it early in the morning one day when FP is less congested. I just dont like to wait in their "Lines".

Yeah their new format is kind of lame, but they have to pay for their bandwidth somehow.
The demo is short and sweet. If you've played the DC version at all then your not missing much. So far it seems to be an exact port, graphics and all.
