Dingoblue's Having Security Issues

I just checked my account and recieved an email from dingoblue saying that they where having security issues.
Here is a quote from the email
Dear Customer,
Our Internet network provider has discovered an unauthorised breach of security to their network. They have taken immediate action on confirmation of the breach and have notified the police. This breach of security may have involved an unauthorised party gaining access to dingo blue usernames and passwords. The situation is being investigated and we will keep you informed of relevant developments.

What kind of company is Dingoblue? Is it an ISP?
