Man, I just got back from seeing this movie... amazing!
Kept me guessing until the very end. And once you get to the end, the entire movie makes sense.
Excellent movie.

Never saw eyes wide shut, so I can't say much.
But this movie is great if you want a movie where you don't know the outcome in the first 20 minutes.

hehe eyes wide shut was good in my opinion but i nvr object to a good sex seen =P my gf really wants to see vanila sky i nvr saw previews though so i dont know. i wanna see orange county that looks funny and im from the orange county area hehe

It is nothing......and I emphasize the word nothing, as if it needed any - this movie just isn't anything like eyes wide shut. It really is not. Granted, you may actually have to understand eyes wide shut to realize this.

To De Freak - He didn't just die - he committed suicide. Notice that huge handful of pills he was taking? He was on the ground. "I'm the one that died".....Suicide. I thought the movie was very clever - but the end still did leave you guessing. It could have gone several ways with the ending.

I saw the movie on New Year's Eve (with a good friend of mine Heather, which made it even better, but anyway) and I must say I was at first dissapointed. Well at first meaning when oyu first start to think you may be getting the idea of what is going on (so of course thats until they go and throw you for a huge loop. I am usually pretty good at figuring out what is going on in a movie and I was hesitant to see this one after seeing a particular trailer (the one where he is standing on the rooftop looking out over the city) I don't know why but I had an idea of what might be going on in the movie. So as I was saying I was thoroughly dissappointed at first, but by the end of the movie I was so confused and enlightened that not only did I not mind having an idea as to what may be going on (which ended up being true, just not exactly as I thought) it was pretty necessary to have the foreknowlege to keep everything straight. Okay but I have gone on long enough now... but before I go I must say one more thing. Actually no i mustn't.

Well, Kane is the retard who said he heard the movie had a similar atmosphere to Eyes Wide Shut. And I am the retard who said I didnt want to see any movie that was in anyway similar to Eyes Wide Shut.
Not a good idea to go off calling people retards. I sugest you be a tad bit more carefull next time.
