NASA Says Video Games Are Good

NASA studies how videogames help treat people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Can videogames help you concentrate and relax? NASA scientists seem to think so. Last year, NASA Langely Research in Hampton, Virginia completed a new study using videogames to help kids with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD.

Since NASA released its results, pychologists have begun to acknowledge the potential benefits of using videogame-based therapy.


Games have always helped me to relax, even without biofeedback equipment.

Its about time someone praises video games! I'm sick of hearing all that "your frying your brain and getting dumber playing video games".
