Why So Lagging ???

Hi,
since the first time I bought Diablo II Lod & play it on Battle.net the latency was unbearable, untill now I still hardly beliefe their giving me this kind of services... I already spent quiet big expenses just to bought Original Diablo II & Expansion Cd's, just hopping that I will be able to play on-line, But the fact not as I expected at all.
I already contact my ISP ( M-Web ) and they claim that theres no problem at all with their connection, I can agree with my ISP statement because all other kind of online game was ok & the ping was below 400 (the good ping is below 400ms), only Diablo II lod & Starcraft the ping range from 1000 upto 25000. You can imagine how laggy it was. I already send almost more then 15 letter & screenshot to prove it so far but without any reply at all  I wonder what happen... Do they really just ignore it coz im from other country or they just cant find any solution about it? or to lazy to do it perhaps? Please look into this matter, Im waiting for good results & good news from you.

Since you're playing on the Asia realms, I'm guessing you live there too?
Have you tried playing on any other realms (USEast/USWest/Europe)?
What's your internet connection speed (56K/DSL/CABLE)?
Also, try playing on different days and different times of day and see if there's any improvement.

I already tried all the realm,
Us west : ping around 850
Us east : ping around 900
Asia3 : ping around 1000
Thats on usual day, but now all the realm is the same all the ping range from 1000-25000.
Well im connecting from Indonesia now, last time when Im connecting from Singapore its even better!

Im using cable modem - DSL
My computer :
Pentium 4 1.5g
Memory 512mb
Video card- Nvdia Gforce 2 mx
I already tried all the times on different realms & times, sigh... all lagging... its bad... im really depressed...  And the Blizzard technical support get me even more depresed! well at least they reply me or give me some solution... not like this... sending more then 15 letters without reply, its just like im talking to the wall...

unfortunately, you probably have an accidental convergence of bad geography combined with overloaded servers. its not bnets fault, except maybe the asia realm. thats probably just overloaded, as usual.
you just live too far from the less crowded servers. as you can see from your trace, most of your ping is racked up before you even get to the bnet server. so im afraid tech support cant be of much use to you.
for comparison, i live in the middle of north america and i get pings to europe battle net around 300 on a 56k dialup.

If you look at the trace route you provided, you can see the biggest problem is a network called "interpacket.net".
It is between your ISP and the Battlenet servers. So, there is not much you can do except send that information to your ISP. Maybe they can fix it.

i already did that... and the ISP claim they have no problem with their connection...

Well you have 2 options:
Send the Tracert Data over and over to your ISP with angry emails saying that you will cancel your net and stuff like that, they may give in.
OR
Get another ISP. Most likely you will have to do this because the one you have seems to be not wanna help you.
BTW: What is the name of your ISP?
