The only one that seemed to make a difference to me is called "Fastnet connection accelerator". ....Depending on your connection, it claims it can boost it by 300% ...It didnt boost mine that much, but it did make a difference and im only on a 56k.

Windows NT, 2000 and XP are mostly auto-regulated. Most of the tweaks that improve the other Windows OS's have little effect.
If you are using Windows 2000 or XP, I would recommend looking at this thread.
