Cleaning up was much harder then i expected

Walking around my house trying to clean up after what was a killer gathering is much more difficult then i would have imagined. thinking to my self 'Ellen drank from this cup' , 'Arta played at this desk' , 'RS gnawed on this rib' .... *sniff* maybe ill get them all bronzed ! ! <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> I MISS YOU GUYS ALREADY *GROUP HUG* I would seriously like to thank each and EVERY ONE of you for comming together and making this truely an event to remember. The party could have lasted 3 more days and it still wouldnt have been long enough. If ever any of you needs a place to stay while in the southern california area, there will always be a bed ready and an extra computer or two running <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">You came into my house as friends and left ( far to early ) as family. I would not hesitate for one second to do it all over again, though i would catch up on my sleep a bit b4 hand so i could keep up with everyone <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> I dont want to get too mushy in an open forum, but i Love you guys <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Yeah, it was awesome. I wish I hadn't left when I had... the company dinner was boring and had pretty crappy food... and to think I could have played hours of games with everyone instead. *sigh*.

I can find no words to adequately describe how I felt when I was able to finally meet all of you and put faces and voices to the names. Two and a half days were not nearly enough to spend among the newly made friends. I have memories that will last a lifetime. The LA3 gathering was a time to renew friendships with those met at previous gatherings and to begin new friendships with people that we had not yet met. I am happy to call you all friends and feel that these new burgeoning friendships will continue to grow to become lifetime friends. You all are a wonderful bunch of people. I wish I could spend more time with each and every one of you. I am now looking forward to the next gathering so that our friendships can continue to grow.
Jerry’s Deli didn’t know what to expect when almost 30 people walked into the place. The patrons were also very curious since some of us chose to wear our bomb squad shirts. We had many heads turning our direction. The food was good, the conversation entertaining, and the company was the best.
The gaming at the LAN party was such a blast to watch and to participate in. Always wanted to know what people do on their end of the monitor when the get fragged by someone else in the game. Well, now I know, and I think every single one of them act a lot like me. * cuss * * cuss * * cuss * * drop the mouse * * yell a little* hehehehe
I feel so much closer to all of you and hope that we can top this gathering at the next one.
So, WHEN IS THE NEXT ONE????? =)
I miss you all already and it has only been one day.

From the very 1st "gathering" that consisted of 3 people, Vindica, TheWolf, and myself, we never dreamed, that we had stumbled onto something that would, one day, turn into friendships that will live forever!
At that time all we had were "faceless" typists in a "public chat room", and people that we had "played Diablo" with! And anyway, EOT just "had" to meet "one" of the people, (Vindica), that had publicly "shaved my husband" in a public room! hehe <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
... then the "gatherings" began to grow! Observer, once again, THANK YOU, for making "this LA3 gathering" so special. You once again opened your home to online friends, just as REVENGE and MEL had done in Texas, and you and Golddigger turned this into "one that will remain in our memories" for a very long time! <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

hehe eot that was good: cusscuss drop mouse hehe. man i must say i have been to partys and i do dance i dont drink though or anything like that so regular partys are ok. but when i went to the party at obs, that has to be the best party i evr been to. i mean food is a key item and pepsi also hehe. but the puetsr and friends ive knows for years. that was so awesome.

hehe Pepsi, thx for the offer <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">The physical clean up wasnt nearly as hard as the emotional part. Normally all i would have to do would be fire up the leaf blower and sweep it into the back yard where the dog would chew it into tiny pieces and it would just blow away. But for this particular clean up i was hesitant to finish the job because it would be admitting that the whole thing was over <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">
If you really miss me or my DSL that much,... you got my number so use it <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> Everyone at the party has an open invitation to come by the Obs place when they are in the area, and you are definately in the area :P

dude a gathering at Mardi Gras would be sweet! im going to the next Mardi Gras for my b-day since it is in february. chicabo would be cool to caus ei got lots of family back there and i could go visit them while i was at the gathering.

I know it took me a LONG time to reply to this post. But I HAD to say thanks to Observer for inviting us to his home, and giving us one hell of a BBQ, thanks to his wife and FTroop for their assistence, and thanks to all that attended the E3/LA3 meet. As always it was a blast meeting you all.
