When I go to launch it stops with the message:
GLW_StartopenGL()- could not load OpenGL subsystem

I looked for the DVA=0 in the "win.ini" and could not find it.

What else can I do, or where else could I look?

Need some specs here: OS. video card, ect.....

Yeah Spec Generals of your computer would be nice but
uhm I'm guessing a file is missing.

Try Un-installing and Installing the program again.
(thats what i always do when it can't locate a file)

To play an OpenGL game on your Windows 9X/2K/NT/XP system

Make sure you have the latest OpenGL hardware driver for your video board. If your are running WIndows 95 or Windows 98, first go to GLSetup.com and download and run GLSetup. It will try to automatically detect your hardware accelerator and install the latest driver. For WinNT/2k/XP you will need to obtain the driver directly from the board manufacturer's web site.
If you have installed the latest driver but are still having trouble, you need to contact the game manufacuter's tech support directly.
If your chipset is not supported by GLSetup, then you must contact the board manufactuer directly to see if they have a good OpenGL driver and you will install it manually
If you don't already have a 3D accelerator video board, then make sure that the one that you buy includes complete drivers for both OpenGL 1.2 and Direct 3D 7/8. Do not settle for anything less.
