LiteStep - Oh man!

I installed this (replaces explorer.exe shell), and I had problems so I uninstalled it and the uninstall program made explorer.exe my shell again.
I wanted to try it again (figuring I configured something wrong), and have run into major problems. The shell isn't working right, and I cannot uninstall it. I reinstalled Windows 2000 Pro, but still no luck. I don't want to format, thus I'm posting here.
I've deleted all registry entries for the program, and am hesitant to reboot figuring I've got no shell (hehe).
Does anyone know how to make explorer.exe my shell?
Thank you.

Try installing Internet Explorer.
It's notorious for taking over your system, overwriting other programs and reconfiguring your desktop the way Microsoft likes it. In fact, it's impossible to stop IE from doing this.
That should fix it.

Kdr Kane, I cannot thank you enough...
I've learned my lesson.
Once again, thank you.

I've got everything sorted out now. I wasn't installing LiteStep itself, I was installing an add-on to manage my themes. Haha
There are so many builds out there that it becomes hard to find what you're looking for. Anyway, awesome program. If I didn't know better, I'd say I was running Linux with Gnome right now.

LiteStep is cool if you get it up and running. I've noticed that it is not very stable on the systems I've tried it on though.

Scratch that. If you want a desktop shortcut, you have to code it out (image, command, X,Y, ect.) in theme's config file. This program is getting removed today.
They claim it's more stable than Explorer, but I've had it lock moving menus around.
