What brand of batteries do you use?

I am bored right now. Anyways, I bought some batteries earlier tonight so I decided to make a poll about them. What brand of batteries do you use?
I usually use Duracell. Lately I have been using Duracell Ultra. I havent used them enough though to tell if they are better than the normal duracels. A few years back I was using rechargeable batteries and they just didnt do it for me. I had backup batteries but after about 20 charges, they died. And for $9 for 2 AAA, I didnt feel like replacing them all.

There are only two batteries I use. They are both from Raovac, and they seem to work very well for me. One is in my cordless phone, and the other sits on my motherboard. I have no other real use for batteries.
Yes, yes, I have to GET UP to switch the channels, or just use my kickin' chair to slide across the floor to my TV, which is more interactive than remote.

well, i voted for stealing, because i buy whatever brand name is the cheapest. if theyre the same price, i buy duracell.

I don't look at brands when I go shopping for batteries. I go for price.
I tend to get rechargeable batteries that power everything.
I have 12 AA rechargables, 8 AAA rechargables. With these I buy whichever brand that goes with the recharger of the day.

Rechargeable batteries only. My digital camera alone would cost me a fortune to operate if I used standard batteries.

I read an article somewhere on a revolutionary new type of battery, but they cost like a hundred bones for 8 AA size plus the recharger, they claimed to be something like ten times as environmentally friendly as current nickel-cadmium batteries...worth the price in my opinion I was going to buy some but then forgot, heh.

die hard in the bigger cars
sony in my camera and camcorder
rayovac rechargables in everything else
I once got a little hand held fan for my daughter that came with some foreign coppertops under another name. I'd bet it was a translation thing and not a knock off tho.

Well I have to admit that those new "Duracell Ultra" batteries are quite excellent. I just had to change the ones in my cordless headphones that I have on my PC. They lasted about 3x as long as the regular duracel that I was using before. The last ones I had lasted for about 9 hours, these lasted at least 27 hours(or around that).

About 7 years ago Consumer reports did a test on common household batteries, their results showed that Radio Shack batteries performed just as well as Duracell or the Enegizer and cost a lot less.

I remember those Radio Shack batteries. Too bad they stopped selling the standard ones. I used to buy those by the gallon. They were good too.
