I figured out how to get around the bad file when installing!

Everytime I installed diablo2LoD I got bad file after I was done leading to more errors such as Error Decompressing Sprite (an error I still may get but not as often) ect. This I time I didnt go full installation and tried only Multiplayer and it worked no bad file. It must have been in all that extra stuff. So if you install full version and get a bad file try it.. I hope you get as lucky as me.

Bad file ?

That "Extra stuff" is just the cinematics off the 3rd disc
I believe, unless it copies over other MPQ files that would normally remain on the disc.

Yes, a bad file when I installed it I got the error but I installed it in multiplayer instead and the error didnt pop up saying "Bad File Detected on CD you may have errors on gameplay" or something like that the problem was in something extra on the full install. It actually stopped the error decompressing sprite, I havent recieved it yet I think error decompressing sprite is a cd problem right?
