This is for anyone who cares about the weird music I listen to and wants to talk about the new Godflesh.
So anyway, I got this cd (entitled Hymns) yesterday at my local favorite music store. I'm glad to hear Godflesh return to their old Streetcleaner/Selfless sound. This is much better then the drum & bass throb of Us & Them. There's a lot of that heavy chug to the music again and Justin Broadrick sings in that haunting vocal style in a few of the songs, which is highly reminiscent of empyreal and body dome light from Selfless. This should be a cool album to see them play live. So uh, yeah, if you like Godflesh, I'd highly recommend getting this one.
