Today, Tom's Hardware has posted their accumulation of votes in the

Tom's Hardware Guide Readers' Choice Awards 2001

For the first time we asked readers to give their recommendation to other readers, and also to state their opinion to hardware manufacturers.

Listed categories include:

The Best Motherboard Brand
The Best Chipset
The Best Graphics Chip
The Best High End Graphics Card
The Best High-End Hard Drive

Interesting

the Nvidia Geforce3 Ti series chip won hands down, with the Ati Radeon R200 8500 a distant second

But the winner of the best video card was the Ati Radeon 8500 with the Asus V8200 T5 Deluxe, a not so close second

Yeah.

It was skewed for the Radeon card since there was only one manufacturer and limited models of the actual card.

Nvidia cards are made by tons of manufacturers so the numbers were lower per card/manufacturer.

I just wish more people would get the xp chip. I've got the 1800+ and its G R E A T

I agree with ya shaggy I love my 1.8 athlon xp
