LawMeme, hosted by Yale University, has an analysis on the legality of Blizzard's cease and desist letter to the developers of BnetD. This is a fairly lengthy analysis, but basically it comes down to the legitimacy and legality of Blizzard's claim against BnetD. There's a lot of legal jargon and other stuff talked about here, but for those interested, here's the link. It might be running slow, because this analysis has been Slashdotted as well.
