dvds refuse to play on tv

I'm new to the whole dvd thing. The dvds I have work just fine on my computer montor, but when I hook up my video out to a TV, they refuse to work. Is there any way I can get my DVDs to work on my TV so more than one person at a time can actually watch the movies?

This is actually a problem with the video card's TV-out, and not the DVD drive/decoder. Topix should be moved to hardware forum.
Please tell us your system specs. CPU, RAM, Motherboard, Video card, DVD drive

Hmm, make sure you are hooking it up correctly, and using the right video cables ... I'd contact Inno3D tech support, too ... it may just be a defective part in the video card or something...

I'd guess everything works fine except DVD playback on a TV. If that's the case then check out tv tool and see if that helps any.
