IE5.5
Win98se
My homepage was changed by something on the net.
When I went to the homepage entry under IE properties
ther are literally hundreds of url's listed for homepage.
How & where can I delete these entries?

Clear your browser history.

Clearing the history does not remove the URL's listed under homepage address in properties - they must be accessible through the registry somewhere

Is this the option you're talking about?

If so, can't you just type in a new address?

Items under the homepage address would not delete -
periodically replaced my main homepage.
FIXED - format & reload - time to give myself a clean slate to try different programs
Thank you for trying to help

I know this issue has been sorted now. Do you mean when you type in a URL to set as your homepage, it brings up all previously used URLs for you to select.

I think the problem had something to do with a site page called LOP.COM I'm still getting hits with the damn thing but so far have kept it from taking over my browser.
