I know this was asked before, but i cann't find the topic. Does anyone know a program that will monitor how much i have uploaded/downloaded?

I got DU meter and I like it 
You can choose which network card/dialup to monitor, it has daily, weekly and monthly totals and the total of everything you up/downloaded since you installed it.
And here's the best part, if you have win2k/winxp, you can make it transparent
