VIA Encounters Fab Delays

The Inquirer has news on some issues that VIA is facing on the production of their new 0.13 micron C3 processors, which is being done by the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company:

But the same problems that caused TMTA, Broadcom and Nvidia to tear out their hair has delayed the introduction of these processors, we now understand.

Sources tell the INQUIRER that there are indeed samples of the 1GHz C3 circulating amongst its manufacturing partners, but TSMC's difficulties with the .13 micron process have caused Via delays too.
