Problems with the Asus CUSL2

Has anyone had any problems with this board?
It's what I'm using right now, and as many of you may know from another post I made a while ago my computer has many problems. Just wondering if the mobo might be to blame for some of them..... A friend said he had bad probs with it and ditched the board.

I built two identical compters with that board, one for me and one for my son. The only problem that we have incured so far was that the 256meg Memory chip in my sons computer failed and had to be replaced.
I have noticed the I get some disk I/O when playing Everquest that causes minor hesitations, however I attribute this to the operationg system, I am running windows ME. My son also had windows ME but when his memory failed I installed windows98SE. Since installing 98SE, his conmpute does not have any pauses, hence my belief that the pauses are OS related.
Come July both computers will be 1 year old.

OK... I dunno what all my problems are from... I'm gonna try Win2k soon I think and see if that helps anything.
