I cant get it to work

it keeps saying program not found windows cannot find setup.exe

topazchat-611.zip is a zip file .. unzip it to a directory first.
In that directory, run setup.exe. This will install TopazChat on your computer.
Once it is installed, doubleclick on the TopazChat icon on your desktop.
If you can't figure out how to run it, click on HELP on the topright section of the TopazChat screen after you run it.
