i have ininstalled a patch 4 diablo 2 LOD 2 play wif no cd but then i cant play battle net.
can some1 help me????????

That hacked patch won't work with battle.net. You will have to use the original exe again if you want to connect to bnet and also your CD.

ok, you did not install a patch. you installed a hack. youll have to completely uninstall and reinstall the game.
