IPAQ ActiveSync Problem

I am receiving an error on my ActiveSync re: Files. The status is coming back with the following error message "Attention Required". When I attempt to resolve the problem, it indicates that my device must be connected to the PC, which it is.
ActiveSync has no apparent problems sync'ing up my contact information & email though. It is only "Files" that won't sync. Any thoughts on the causes and solution to this problem are greatly appreciated.

I have no idea what activesync is unless it's some CompaQ software of somekind. The CompaQ website is probably your best bet in solving this issue. Especially if it's a pocket PC or other type of IPAQ device.

ActiveSync is the Microsoft software that connects and manages all the conduits (if their even called that) for the PocketPC talking with a Windows machine.
Unfortunalty I only know this becuase both my parents have PocketPC's.
Have you tried a soft reset on your IPaq?
Other than that I don't have enough experience with these devices to be of much help. Sorry.
