where would i go to find out about the law n sht (for my specfic state, ohio) like if i were to get caught with a gun... or a knife... or something of that type of nature... lol any1 got any idea of what im talking about?

yes, the state website will eventually link to the applicable laws. you may want to note that youre a minor, so different laws may apply.

Hmmm...the best thing is to not carry around knives and guns.
I don't see a problem with knives per see as they are more useful as a tool. I carry around with me a multitool for emergencies. You just never know when you need a screwdriver etc...
If you want to carry a knife as a weapon..well...then you shouldn't have one.
As for guns...you shouldn't have one either on you. So why worry about it if your smart enough to not carry one?
