I found a bsmt suite that is 4 blocks from my work and its only $185 a month. damn this owns.
i dont care what the place is like all i need it for is to goto after work and sleep till my gf gets out of school.

That's amazingly cheap, if it's in any sort of decent condition at all.
I pay about 3.5x that much in rent each month, for the first decent apartment I've ever lived in...
