I was just "Surfin the net" when this game caught my eye. It looks and sounds pretty awesome.
Basically, its an MMORPG and you are a super hero. You choose your super powers and you fight evil. You can completely customize your costume, form organizations, buy buildings such as mansions and skyscraper's and much much more. There are no levels either, you gain experience and then use the experience to buy skills/powers. Im not sure on a release date, because its not even in Beta yet.

Yeah, I found it a couple months ago, no super-villains, they're planning that for an expansion or some such. There will be no PVP what-so-ever (I don't count arena fighting.)
