Starcraft Fuzzy Line Syndrome

Hey, at the like lower 1/6th of my screen on starcraft there looks like there are tiny black lines going through it u cant notice it without having like TEXT there or the little diagram of the unit when u click on him/her. I think its something to do with the Resolution the game is played at. My Diablo2 is played at the highest res and that seems to be fine no lines or anything. Am i right in saying its the resolution if so how can i fix it.

What kind of monitor are you using?
Does it have a Trinitron tube?
